SESSION PLANS & PRICES
We have three basic session plans designed to serve your needs All three plans is available in Telehealth services. We also offer onsite services for those who live around the Houston area. Every client is entitled to free 15 minute assessment call with the dietitian.

Silver Plan: This 2 hr per session plan covers the initial full nutrition assessment session and diagnosis by the dietitian at the cost of $200.

Gold Plan: This plan covers the the initial assessment plan and diagnoses at the cost of $190 plus two 40 minute follow up sessions at $100 each. Subsequent 40 minute sessions outside the plan will attract $110 per session.

Platinum Plan: This plan covers the 80 minute initial assessment session and diagnosis for $190 plus unlimited 40 minute follow up sessions at $100 per session.

FULL NUTRITION ASSESSMENT SESSION
The full nutrition initial assessment plan lasts for approximately 80 minutes and is a comprehensive assessment for first time clients by the dietitian which includes:

Identification of Factors
The dietitian will identify the issues that will inform your treatment plan. Some of the issues can be but not limited to:

Diagnoses
The information gathered will help the dietitian to tailor the appropriate remedy for the client based on therapy,nutrition, education, goals, milestones, coaching and a comprehensive plan to achieve them.

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS
Our follow up sessions typically last for 40 minutes where the dietitian will do a thorough evaluation on the progress made by the client. The dietitian will perform:
